Substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase commonly used in ELISA. Read at 405-410 nm. Each 140 mg tablet contains 10 mg of ABTS. Soluble. Reaction Condition: 1 mM in 50 mM Sodium Citrate, 150 mM Sodium Phosphate and 0.01% H2O2. Stop with 1.5 mM NaN3 in 0.1 M Citric Acid.
